In today's world you can't be too careful about protecting yourself from frivolous lawsuits. It was for this reason that the EZ plans were taken off the market to begin with. I am only a homebuilder like yourself and I could not afford to provide my services under the constant threat of being sued. This is not because I don't trust my products. I am simply trying to protect myself from the sort of shotgun legal abuse that goes on these days. In order to prevent this sort of thing, I require all my customers to fill out and sign a liability release. If you would like to place an order, please download the liability release form below, print it out, fill it out, sign it, and mail it to me.

Now that the legal stuff is out of the way, click one of the order form links below. If you have Excel, click on the Excel order form and save it somewhere on your computer that you can find it again. Now, open it in Excel, fill it out and either email it to me or print it out and include it with the liability release when you mail it.

New Excel Order form v1.4 Beta

This new order form calculates shipping charges for customers located in the continental United States. It also builds an invoice and will calculate Paypal fees if needed. This is the beta version which means that I don't entirely trust its estimates. I reserve the right to correct shipping charges if they are more than $10 in error. I'll try to let you know as soon as possible if this is the case. If you don't live in the continental U.S., just email me your address and I'll estimate the shipping for you.

Payment

Payment can be made in the form of cash, personal check, cashier's check, money order, Paypal, or whatever else we can agree on. Any fees associated with Paypal or any other form of payment will be passed on to the buyer. I will ship your items after all payment is collected for the parts and shipping and all checks have cleared.

If you want to pay by Paypal, contact me via email and I'll give you my Paypal account info. There should be no additional fees to transfer money from your Paypal account to mine unless your account is funded by your credit card or it is an international transaction. If additional fees are incurred, they will be passed to the buyer.

All orders within the state of Texas will be charged 8.25% sales tax. This includes all orders picked-up in person or delivered.
